Urgent Opening for “Sales and Document Specialist” Work Location: Near Tiruppalai, Madurai (Work from Home or Hybrid Options are NOT available) Responsibilities: Finding sales opportunities, contacting potential customers, explaining our services and packages to close sales. Sourcing/Identifying potential candidates from Internal Database, Search Engines, Job Portals, social media. Followup prospective clients and schedule online/ meetings / appointments with our senior executives. Validate eligible customers through various channels like e-mail, WhatsApp, cold calls. Collect and collate of all documentation from the client necessary to process their applications in shortest possible time so that their application is serviced immediately. Online application and submission related to VISA proceeding experience is added advantages Must maintain client case confidentially and manage them to ensure appropriate actions are taken in a committed manner. Follow and update the client with latest status of their application in a timely manner and inform any changes in policies and procedure which affect their case file. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales resources. Requirement: Minimum 3 years Bachelor's degree & above (Having Masters will be an advantage) Excellent in Communication , Presentation and conversion skills. Should have sound Sales and Documentation knowledge. ( Experience in relevant industry or consultancy will be an advantage) Should have a positive attitude & should be Goal oriented.
