In this Architect role at our design and build firm specializing in commercial interiors, you will be instrumental in both offering creative input and guiding junior designers. Your duties will involve: - Conceptualizing and crafting architectural designs for interior and build projects. - Creating detailed drawings, presentations, and 3D visualizations. - Supervising and evaluating the work of junior designers in 2D drawings and 3D models to uphold precision and design excellence. - Collaborating with consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless project implementation. - Performing site visits and resolving design-related issues during construction. - Ensuring adherence to building codes, regulations, and safety standards. To excel in this position, you should possess: - A Bachelors/Masters degree in Architecture. - 3-4 years of experience in architecture or interior projects. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, basic familiarity with Sketchup and Photoshop. - Sound knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction techniques. - Leadership skills enabling mentorship and supervision of junior designers. - Effective communication and project coordination abilities.
