Implement and maintain built-in schema validation using HAPI validators and US Core profiles. Integrate and manage conformance testing, including Inferno Lite validation and results reporting. Develop advanced server enhancements, such as comprehensive audit logging (as FHIR AuditEvents), configurable validation modes (strict/lenient), and performance monitoring. Required Qualifications: 6 to 9 years of professional experience in backend software development, with a significant portion focused on enterprise-level applications. Expertise in Java 17 LTS and Spring Boot framework. Hands-on experience with HAPI FHIR. Demonstrable experience with NoSQL databases, specifically Couchbase (or similar distributed NoSQL databases).
