Job description Roles and Responsibilities Ability to work independently and lead the project from scratch - individual contributor role. Perform basic development of architectural features including walls, partitions, roofs, slab details, and sections. Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions). Prior experience in designing wedding events. Required interior designer with good experience. The candidate should have excellent proficiency in Autocad , good communication skill and capable of handling the projects independently. Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams regarding construction documents to ensure accuracy in meeting client specifications, site-specific criteria, and building code requirements. Co-coordinating with the execution team from the start of the project is complete and executed at the site. Desired Candidate Profile Candidate shall be well versed with Autocad, Sketchup and V-ray, Photoshop and MS office. APPLY IN MS WORD ONLY ALONG WITH PHOTOGRAPH, Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs. Well experienced in Real Estate multi storey interior designing. Ability to manage & supervise the team Confidence, tact and a persuasive manner. Ability to work alone and independently.
