Role & responsibilities Responsible to manage processes inshift in order to ensure smooth process operations and achieve the results and contribute to the projects. Execution of SOP for safety, safety kaizen, KY, Execution of safety audit findings. Quality Management: To work pro actively for generation of defects; to work pro actively for flow out of defects in next processes; Ensure proper adherence to quality standards as per customer requirement Producrion: Run the machine at defined cycle time in his shift, to increase machine availability rate in his shift; to eliminate rework generation in process in his shift; ensuring safe operating practices are deployed as per SOPsin own area of operation; to provide awareness among employees for safety on shop floor. Cost: To monitorand review Manpower Productivity aq. meter products/person/month Preferred candidate profile Btech/ Diploma candidates with degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Autimobile engineering with a strong academic recod and adept in handling operational processes, production processes and good know how of shopfloor, safety and quality assurance processes. Ability to grasp the processes fast and able to work in shfts.
