Roles and Responsibilities Manage sales activities for water treatment chemicals to customers across various industries. Provide technical support to customers on product usage, application, and troubleshooting issues. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals. Identify new sales opportunities through market research, industry events, and networking. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction. Desired Candidate Profile 2-5 years of experience in chemical sales or related field (water treatment chemicals preferred). Bachelor's degree in Chemistry (B.Sc) or equivalent qualification. Strong knowledge of waste water treatment processes, waste management practices, and water treatment plant operations. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers at all levels.
