We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor / Site Engineer to join our growing construction team at Yesb Infratech Pvt. Ltd. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure timely and quality execution of work. Manage labor, subcontractors, and material delivery on-site. Ensure adherence to safety standards, technical drawings, and project timelines. Coordinate with the project manager and client for progress updates and requirements. Maintain daily site reports and documentation. Resolve on-site technical issues and ensure quality control. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in civil construction (industrial/commercial preferred). Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and BOQs.
