Objectives of this role Collaborate with clients to craft their perfect travel itinerary Coordinate transportation, reservations, and accommodations on behalf of clients Create a positive work environment for fellow employees Uphold Company ’s reputation as a top-tier travel agency through quality customer service and good results Build and maintain positive relationships with tourism organizations, including hotels, restaurants, tour vendors, and event-ticketing companies Help navigate foreign or domestic travel requirements, such as passports, visas, or vaccinations Responsibilities Stay up to date on the latest travel industry news and trends, such as cultural events and emergency situations Provide information and recommendations to clients regarding their future destinations Plan itineraries that meet clients’ budgets and requests Answer emails and calls from clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have about their travel plans Work with clients to make last-minute changes or updates to their itinerary Skills and qualifications Strong communication and Sales skills Familiarity with the latest travel trends, including popular vacation locations and activities Strong organizational and planning skills Excellent time management skills Experience of handling foreign Destination Tours (Thailand / Bali / Maldives / Singapore / Vietnam) any one mandatory Experience of handling domestic Destination Tours (Meghala / Arunachal / Assam / Kerela / Andaman) Preferred qualifications Excellent customer service skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Patience and perseverance when unforeseen issues arise Ability to work independently or with a team if needed Background in hospitality or tourism
