Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers to explain Tally software products and services. Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. Maintain and update customer database with accurate contact and follow-up details. Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant product information. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth conversion of leads. Achieve monthly and quarterly call and lead generation targets. Follow up with existing customers for TSS renewals and cross-selling opportunities. Maintain professional communication and ensure high customer satisfaction. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Any graduate (Preferred: B. Com / BBA / Computer background). Female Candidates Only Experience: 0.6–5 years of experience in tele calling, preferably in software or IT sales. Languages: Tamil and English (fluency required). Technical Skills: o Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). o Familiarity with Tally software (optional). Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
