Key Responsibilities  Make outbound calls to prospective customers to explain Tally software products and services.  Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.  Maintain and update customer database with accurate contact and follow-up details.  Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant product information.  Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth conversion of leads.  Achieve monthly and quarterly call and lead generation targets.  Follow up with existing customers for TSS renewals and cross-selling opportunities.  Maintain professional communication and ensure high customer satisfaction. Required Skills & Qualifications  Education: Any graduate (Preferred: B. Com / BBA / Computer background).  Female Candidates Only  Experience: 0.6–5 years of experience in tele calling, preferably in software or IT sales.  Languages: Tamil and English (fluency required).  Technical Skills: o Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). o Familiarity with Tally software (optional).  Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.  Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
