Library Resource Management Organize, catalog, and maintain books, journals, digital resources, and multimedia. Manage Library Management Systems (LMS) for cataloging and circulation. Monitor and update the collection based on curriculum needs and student interest. Support Teaching & Learning Assist students and faculty in locating academic materials. Collaborate with teachers/professors to develop reading lists and research materials. Support curriculum delivery by integrating library resources into lesson planning. Information Literacy & Research Support Teach students how to find, evaluate, and cite sources correctly. Conduct training sessions or workshops on information literacy and digital research skills. Provide guidance on plagiarism, academic honesty, and citation styles (APA, MLA, etc.). Administration & Library Services Manage daily library operations (lending, membership, inventory, fines, etc.). Develop library policies and enforce rules. Prepare reports, budgets, and proposals for library resources. Programming and Outreach Organize book fairs, reading programs, author talks, and literary events. Promote reading habits and independent research among students. Develop displays and campaigns to increase resource usage.
