You will be responsible for engaging prospective students, guiding them through the admissions process, and ensuring a seamless transition from inquiry to enrolment. Key Responsibilities: · Student Engagement and Outreach: Proactively engage with prospective students through various communication channels including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Provide detailed information about academic programs, admission requirements, financial aid options, and campus life to prospective students and their families. Conduct information sessions, campus tours, and participate in recruitment events to attract top talent. · Application Review and Evaluation: Review and evaluate admission applications, essays, transcripts, and recommendation letters to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the program. Exercise sound judgment and adhere to established admission criteria when making admission decisions. Communicate admission decisions to applicants in a timely and professional manner, and provide guidance on next steps in the enrolment process. · Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with high school counsellors, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote the school and increase applicant pool diversity. Collaborate with academic departments, faculty members, and administrative staff to address applicant inquiries and facilitate a positive applicant experience. Serve as a resource and advisor to current students regarding academic planning, course selection, and career development opportunities. · Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of applicant information, communication history, and admission decisions using the school's CRM system. Generate reports and analyse data to track recruitment trends, monitor application volume, and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies. Assist in the development of recruitment materials, marketing campaigns, and other promotional initiatives to support enrolment goals. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education, Counselling, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred). Previous experience in college admissions, student recruitment, or related field preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse populations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
