If you love hands-on development and problem solving, this assignment will be an enriching client-facing Description : Data : Data of Employment : of Contract : 2 Months Mode : : US Shift (4 PM 12 AM : 6+ Years We are looking for a Data Scientist with 6-10 years of experience with good experience in the Pharma : Develop statistical models and machine learning algorithms to extract meaningful insights and support data-driven decision-making. Design and execute data analysis frameworks to support drug lifecycle management, market access strategies, and real-world evidence generation. Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and product managers to translate analytical findings into actionable strategies. Build and maintain robust data pipelines and ensure integrity and validation of datasets. Create dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Python-based libraries (e.g., Plotly, Seaborn). Apply predictive modeling and NLP techniques to derive insights from unstructured : Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Computer Science Experience with EDA, Data Cleansing, Data Lakes etc, synthetic data generation, training and fine-tuning of models Hands-on work with tools such as Python, Pandas, Pytorch, SQL, Databricks and platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and pharma domain. Experience with ETL workflows, and analytics delivery in a controlled environment. (ref:hirist.tech)
