This is an entry-level role perfect for recent graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience. You’ll work closely with senior agents, learn the ins and outs of real estate, and gain hands-on experience in buying, selling, and leasing properties. Key Responsibilities • Assist with property listings, showings, and client meetings • Conduct market research and assist with property marketing • Prepare and update property databases • Help coordinate open houses and property viewings • Assist in drafting contracts and other paperwork • Provide administrative support to senior agents and managers • Learn about industry trends, contracts, and client relations What We’re Looking For: Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is a plus Experience: No prior experience required. Recent grads or those with up to 1 year in real estate or sales are welcome Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized and able to multitask Comfortable using Microsoft Office Quick learner, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Passionate about real estate and customer service
