We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Expert who can plan, manage, and optimize lead generation ad campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running ads for industries like Restaurants, Healthcare, Travel, and more. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google Ads for multiple clients. Optimize campaigns for better ROI and lead quality. Create and manage audience targeting, budgeting, A/B testing, and ad creatives. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Ads Manager and Google Analytics. Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and suggest improvements. Collaborate with the content/design team for effective ad creatives. Stay updated with latest trends and ad policy changes. 🧾 Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience in Meta Ads or Google Ads (Lead Generation focused). Proven track record of managing ad budgets and generating quality leads. Good understanding of targeting, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and conversion tracking. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Ability to handle multiple client accounts and industries.
