Understand the background and requirements of each lead and tailor the pitch accordingly. Qualify prospects based on internal selection criteria and organizational standards. Address queries and handle objections while maintaining professionalism and ethical communication. Guide interested individuals through the complete registration and enrollment process. Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM. Work towards and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams (admin, documentation, and event coordination) to ensure seamless program delivery. Communicate effectively across time zones and follow up via phone, email, or messaging apps (e.g., WhatsApp).
