Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to close, including prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, proposal development, negotiation, and contract finalization. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. International Client Relationship Management: Utilize excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with international clients. Understand client needs, pain points, and business objectives to propose tailored software solutions. Conduct online presentations and demonstrations of our software products/services to potential international clients. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. End-to-End B2B Sales: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our client base in target international markets. Collaborate closely with technical and marketing teams to ensure client requirements are met and solutions are effectively presented. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and new software technologies to identify new opportunities. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new leads, industry trends, and potential market segments for growth.
