We have urgent openings for the position of Sr. Accounts Executive QuickBooks . Please find the details below: Position: Sr. Accounts Executive QuickBooks (Bank Reconciliation, Year-End Taxation, AR/AP – Mandatory) Location: Hyderabad Industry: Education / USA-based Experience: 2–8 years (preferred in US Accounting) Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting operations in QuickBooks (Online/Desktop). Perform bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, and vendor account reconciliations. Handle accounts payable & receivable, invoice processing, and expense management. Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements. Support year-end closing, taxation compliance, and coordination with CPA/tax consultants. Ensure accuracy in payroll entries, statutory deductions, and reporting. Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance. Assist management with financial reports, cash flow analysis, and budget tracking. Ensure compliance with US GAAP and company accounting policies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong knowledge of Bank Reconciliation, Vendor Reconciliation, Year-End Taxation, AR & AP (mandatory). Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2+ years of accounting experience ( US Staffing/Recruitment industry preferred ). Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online/Desktop. Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reports). Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with US CPA firms or Staffing companies . Knowledge of US Accounting Standards and Taxation . Excellent communication skills to coordinate with US-based teams.
