We are looking for an experienced and organized Dispatch Manager to oversee and manage all e-commerce dispatch operations. This role is responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient dispatch of customer orders, coordinating with warehouse teams, couriers, and logistics partners, and maintaining a smooth order fulfillment process from packing to final delivery. Key Responsibilities:✅ Oversee daily e-commerce dispatch operations to ensure all orders are processed and dispatched on time. ✅ Coordinate with warehouse, packaging, and logistics teams to ensure order accuracy and minimize errors. ✅ Liaise with courier and delivery partners, track shipments, and resolve any delivery issues or delays. ✅ Implement and monitor dispatch schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely pickups. ✅ Maintain and update dispatch records, shipping documents, and tracking systems. ✅ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as dispatch time, delivery success rates, and customer satisfaction. ✅ Collaborate with the customer service team to address delivery-related customer inquiries or complaints. ✅ Identify areas for process improvement in the dispatch workflow to increase speed, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness. ✅ Ensure compliance with company policies, shipping regulations, and safety standards. ✅ Train and supervise dispatch and logistics staff, providing ongoing support and guidance.
