Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and spiritually inclined Travel Executive to join our team. This role involves designing, organizing, and managing spiritual tour packages and pilgrimages with a deep understanding of destinations, client needs, and cultural nuances. The Travel Executive will serve as a vital link between our travelers and the divine journeys we create. Key Responsibilities: · Plan and execute spiritual and cultural itineraries across India and international destinations. · Coordinate with temples, ashrams, spiritual guides, and local partners to build authentic experiences. · Customize packages based on client goals, age groups, wellness needs, and spiritual preferences. · Handle bookings for transport, accommodation, meals, rituals, and guided sessions. · Liaise with clients pre- and post-journey to ensure clarity, satisfaction, and feedback collection. · Maintain records of clients, vendors, bookings, and travel documents. · Provide real-time support during tours for emergencies, changes, or customer assistance. · Stay updated on major religious festivals, temple schedules, spiritual events, and yatra guidelines. · Work closely with content and design teams to refine tour presentations and marketing materials. In this role, you will be responsible for selling luxury and premium spiritual and religious tours to Indian and International travelers who are seeking to explore and experience India's rich spiritual roots. You will act as a personal consultant, guiding clients through curated itineraries and ensuring their journey is truly transformative. Key Responsibilities: Client Consultation & Sales: Engage with discerning domestic and international travelers to understand their preferences and spiritual aspirations. Recommend and sell highly personalized, luxury, and premium spiritual/religious tour packages to India. Itinerary Customization: Work closely with clients to tailor existing tour itineraries or create bespoke journeys that align with their specific interests, budget, and desired spiritual experiences.
