General Responsibilities (All Teachers): Plan and deliver subject-specific lessons based on curriculum standards (CBSE/ICSE/State Board) Create engaging and inclusive classroom environments Assess student performance regularly and provide constructive feedback Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, worksheets, and assignments Participate in school activities, staff meetings, and professional development programs Maintain discipline and promote a positive learning atmosphere Use technology effectively to enhance teaching and student understanding Collaborate with fellow educators and parents for holistic student development Subject-Specific Responsibilities: 🔹 Mathematics Teacher (M.Sc., B.Ed.): Teach mathematical concepts such as algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and statistics Use real-life applications and problem-solving techniques Encourage logical reasoning and analytical thinking 🔹 EVS Teacher (B.Sc., B.Ed.): Teach environmental science topics including ecosystems, pollution, sustainability, and health Organize activities like nature walks, eco-club events, and awareness sessions Help students build environmental awareness and social responsibility 🔹 Computer Teacher (MCA / M.Sc. Computer Science): Teach computer basics, coding (e.g., Python, Scratch), MS Office tools, and internet safety Conduct practical sessions in the computer lab Guide students on digital projects and promote IT skills Key Skills: Strong subject knowledge and clarity Excellent communication and classroom management Familiarity with online teaching tools and digital content Passion for teaching and student development.
