Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 2+ years of experience in field marketing, on-ground promotions, sales promotions, or brand activation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to interact confidently with customers and manage field activities independently. Willingness to travel extensively for on-ground campaigns. Experience in vendor management and event coordination. Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting. Preferred Qualifications Experience in FMCG, Telecom, Retail, Real Estate, BFSI, EdTech, or Consumer Goods field marketing. Experience handling promoters, agencies, and third-party vendors. Ability to manage teams during large-scale activities or events.
