Role & responsibilities Sterilizing and arranging instruments, catheters, and other necessary equipment for cardiac catheterization procedures. Ensuring all equipment is in working order and calibrated correctly. Assisting cardiologists and other medical staff during catheterization procedures. Monitoring patients' vital signs and condition throughout the procedure. Operating imaging equipment (like fluoroscopy) to visualize and guide the insertion of catheters and other instruments. Assisting in the removal of catheters and applying post-procedure dressings. Performing routine maintenance and quality control checks on Cath Lab equipment. Troubleshooting equipment issues during procedures to ensure uninterrupted patient care. Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation related to procedures.
