We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Counsellors for Makeup studio and academy to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide students in achieving their educational and career goals by providing personalized counseling and support. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students regarding course selection, career paths, planning, and goal setting Provide information about educational programs, admission procedures, and academic requirements. Conduct one-on-one and counseling sessions. Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on leads generated through various sources. Maintain a strong conversion rate by converting inquiries into walk-ins and enrollments Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, counseling sessions, and admissions Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to provide feedback and improve processes Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline 1–3 years of experience in Counsellors for Makeup studio and academy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong convincing and interpersonal skills Target-oriented mindset with a proactive approach Familiarity with CRM tools.
