Yash Hospital is looking for WARD & ICU CARE NURSE to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. Responsibilities: Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans. Deliver direct patient care including monitoring vitals and administering medication. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Coordinate with doctors and the clinical team at Yash Hospital. Ensure adherence to nursing protocols and safety measures. Educate patients and families about care and post-discharge instructions. Support healthcare teams in patient rounds at Yash Hospital. Requirements: GNM, ANM Nursing with valid nursing registration. 1–4 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting. Sound knowledge of nursing procedures and clinical care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and focused in fast-paced environments. Team-oriented with a commitment to patient care excellence at Yash Hospital. Familiarity with basic medical software and documentation. Qualifications: GNM/ANM Certification from a recognized institute. Registration with Maharashtra Nursing Council. BLS/ACLS certified (preferred). Requirements: We Need Nurses who are willing to work Rotational shift (03 Shifts) & Especially Night Shifts. who has worked in ICU before. who has experience working in Reputed hospitals.
