Designer Job Description: Position: Designer Experience: Minimum 3 years in graphic or web design Responsibilities: Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for various digital and print mediums. Develop and design marketing collateral, including brochures, banners, and promotional materials. Web Design: Design and maintain visually compelling and user-friendly websites. Collaborate with web developers to ensure design concepts are implemented effectively. Branding: Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand identity. Ensure consistency in brand visuals across all platforms. Creative Conceptualization: Generate creative ideas and concepts for visual communication. Translate conceptual ideas into visual designs. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, to understand design requirements and objectives. Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders. Software Proficiency: Proficient in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). Familiarity with web design tools and platforms. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects. Proficient in design software and tools. Creative thinking and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines. Stay informed about design trends and industry best practices.
