To excel in this role, you should possess strong analytical skills and financial acumen. Proficiency in managing financial statements and understanding finance principles is essential. Experience in account management, team management skills with a proven track record of leading and developing teams, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment are also required. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is necessary for this position. Additionally, knowledge of Tally and GST is a must-have skill to succeed in this role.
