Provide post-implementation support and performance evaluation. 🔹 Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related analytical role. Strong understanding of business processes, project management, and data analysis. Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau. Experience with requirements management and process documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Visio). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
