Yardi Implementation Specialist

As a Yardi Implementation Specialist at Relay Human Cloud, you will play a crucial role in integrating Yardi Data Connect into modern reporting workflows. Your responsibilities will include: - Implementing and configuring Yardi Data Connect for automated, real-time data feeds across financial and operational modules. - Integrating Yardi with SharePoint to build consolidated, executive-friendly reporting dashboards. - Designing automated reporting solutions to eliminate manual workflows such as rent roll PDF exports and uploads. - Collaborating with accounting, property management, and executive stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions. - Establishing best practices for data governance, integration, and long-term system maintenance. - Training internal teams on Yardi workflows, SharePoint dashboards, and adoption of new processes. - Acting as the subject matter expert for Yardi data extraction, transformation, and reporting optimization. - Providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for scalable reporting pipelines. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 3+ years of experience working with Yardi Data Connect, implementation, and advanced reporting configurations. - Strong expertise in SharePoint integration, dashboard creation, and executive portals. - Solid understanding of property management workflows, accounting processes, and financial reporting. - Ability to design automated data pipelines that translate Yardi outputs into user-friendly dashboards. - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Experience supporting offshore or distributed teams is a plus. Desired Skills: - Industry experience in real estate, property management, or asset management. - Knowledge of business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel Power Query) for advanced analytics. - Familiarity with data governance best practices in financial reporting. - Ability to document workflows and train end-users for adoption and success.
