Role Overview We’re looking for a driven and well-networked Enterprise Sales Manager to lead sales in either South or West India. While the focus industry is automotive, the role spans multiple industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will own the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure — and work closely with internal teams to deliver value-driven proposals. Key Responsibilities Drive enterprise sales of reusable packaging solutions in the assigned region. Own end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, opportunity qualification, solutioning, techno-commercial proposals, and closure. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in automotive OEMs, tier-1 suppliers, and other industrial customers. Conduct and coordinate packaging/supply chain studies in collaboration with operations and projects teams. Track and manage sales pipeline using CRM tools; deliver against quarterly targets. Act as the voice of the customer to internal teams for continuous improvement and innovation. What We’re Looking For 3-5 years of B2B/enterprise sales experience, preferably in supply chain, logistics, packaging, or automotive sector. Strong network in automotive OEMs and ancillary companies (preferred) Ability to navigate mid to long sales cycles (3–6 months) and manage multiple stakeholders. Self-starter with a hunter mindset and proven track record of consultative selling. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
