Role Overview We’re looking for a driven and well-networked Enterprise Sales Manager to lead sales in either South or West India. While the focus industry is automotive, the role spans multiple industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will own the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure — and work closely with internal teams to deliver value-driven proposals. Key Responsibilities Drive enterprise sales of reusable packaging solutions in the assigned region. Own end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, opportunity qualification, solutioning, techno-commercial proposals, and closure. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in automotive OEMs, tier-1 suppliers, and other industrial customers. Conduct and coordinate packaging/supply chain studies in collaboration with operations and projects teams. Track and manage sales pipeline using CRM tools; deliver against quarterly targets. Act as the voice of the customer to internal teams for continuous improvement and innovation. What We’re Looking For 3-5 years of B2B/enterprise sales experience, preferably in supply chain, logistics, packaging, or automotive sector. Strong network in automotive OEMs and ancillary companies (preferred) Ability to navigate mid to long sales cycles (3–6 months) and manage multiple stakeholders. Self-starter with a hunter mindset and proven track record of consultative selling. Excellent communication and presentation skills. We are transforming supply chains by reducing packaging waste and enabling real-time asset visibility across complex logistics networks. We are looking for a Senior Django/Backend Developer to join our core engineering team and help scale our flagship platform Trakkia. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain robust backend systems using Django and Django REST Framework. Work with PostgreSQL for efficient and optimized data modeling and querying. Write scalable APIs and integrate them with ReactJS frontends and third-party services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, QA, Product) to build end-to-end features. Design and manage schema migrations, performance tuning, and data integrity. Troubleshoot bugs, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions. Implement robust data models and ensure data integrity across all customer and asset workflows. Mentor junior developers and enforce best coding practices, code reviews, and testing. Own the performance, security, and maintainability of the backend systems. Work with DevOps teams to manage deployments, environments, and CI/CD pipelines (AWS preferred). Translate business requirements into technical specs and actively participate in roadmap planning. Must-Have Skills: 4+ years of experience in Django (DRF) and PostgreSQL Strong understanding of REST APIs, Django ORM, middleware, and background tasks (Celery, Redis). Proficient in writing APIs, serializers, viewsets, and query optimizations. Experience working on scalable systems and microservice-based architectures. Exposure to IoT/Device integrations, especially RFID/barcode systems (a big plus). Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment Good to Have: Experience with RFID/barcode integrations or IoT data pipelines. Familiarity with Celery, Redis, Docker, or deployment tools. Exposure to SaaS platforms, B2B enterprise software, or logistics/supply chain tech.
