Responsibilities: * Create motion graphics using CorelDRAW and Final Cut Pro. * Edit videos with Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut. * Collaborate on video projects from concept to delivery.
NDR & Fake Remark Verification: Manage Non-Delivery Reports (NDR). Immediately call customers to verify the status and check if the delivery partner has posted a fake delivery/attempt remark. Call and message customers to resolve delivery concerns. Required Candidate profile Candidates who have completed or are persuing graduation in any field are also eligible. Interest in logistics, operations, supply chain, or customer service. Must have own laptop.
