We are seeking a proactive and personable Sales & Marketing Executive who is passionate about jewelry, understands customer psychology, and is confident in both in-person sales and digital communication channels . Job Summary This role requires a smart, well-spoken, sales-driven professional who can confidently present jewelry to customers, understand their tastes, guide them through the selection/customization process, and close sales. Additionally, the individual should be comfortable with digital marketing tools, CRM platforms (such as Zoho), ecommerce operations, and social media to support ongoing brand-building and customer engagement. You will interact with both local customers in Hyderabad and NRI/international clients via WhatsApp, video calls, and online appointments , ensuring a seamless luxury shopping experience. Key Responsibilities Sales & Client Relationship Management Conduct in-store and virtual sales consultations with clients to understand needs and provide tailored jewelry recommendations. Maintain strong knowledge of Indeevari’s collections, craftsmanship details, metal purity, stone quality, pricing logic, and customization options. Convert inquiries from WhatsApp, Instagram, website leads, and referrals into successful sales. Build long-lasting relationships with repeat and high-value customers. Online Client Engagement & International Customer Support Communicate confidently with NRI clients across time zones via WhatsApp, calls, video consultations, and email. Prepare product videos, styling suggestions, and pricing breakdowns for client queries. Marketing & Brand Support Assist in managing social media pages by coordinating product shoots, captions, stories, and campaign initiatives. Collaborate with stylists, influencers, and brand partners when required. Support ecommerce operations such as product uploads, website updates, and online store maintenance. Understand digital marketing basics: audience targeting, engagement tactics, and brand voice consistency. CRM & Operations Use CRM tools (Zoho preferred) to track leads, follow-ups, and sales pipeline. Maintain organized documentation for customer data, quotations, order requirements, and final invoices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or related field preferred. Proven experience in jewelry sales or luxury retail sales is highly desirable. Strong English speaking skills; ability to communicate confidently with NRI clients. Understanding of jewelry terminology (Polki, Kundan, Victorian, clarity, carat, purity, etc.) or willingness to learn quickly. Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Shopify/ecommerce platforms, and CRM tools like Zoho or HubSpot. Social media awareness (Instagram especially) and ability to ideate/recommend relevant content.
