Back Office Executive (Female) noida, greater noida 1 - 2 years INR 2.25 - 3.0 Lacs P.A. Hybrid Full Time

Roles and Responsibilities Manage backend operations, ensuring efficient processing of tasks and maintaining accuracy. This role is for an international process, so proficiency in English is mandatory. For training purposes, you will be required to attend in-office training at our Noida location. Training will be paid. After successful completion, you may work from home. Prepare MIS reports using Excel to track performance metrics. Ensure timely completion of daily responsibilities while meeting quality standards. Utilize computer knowledge to perform various administrative tasks efficiently. Accurate and timely entry of data into company databases and systems. Maintain and update records, ensuring data integrity and completeness. Respond to emails and inquiries promptly and professionally. Coordinate with other departments for a smooth workflow. Prepare and distribute reports as required. Identify and rectify errors in data and documentation. Ensure accuracy and quality of work through regular checks. Desired Candidate Profile Proficiency in English language (spoken & written). 1-2 years of experience in back office or similar role. Strong understanding of MS Office applications, particularly Excel report preparation. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Skills Effective communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting. Computer knowledge is a must.
