Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager located in Dharwad. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are met, implementing and managing production schedules, and maintaining quality standards. This position requires managing a team, troubleshooting production issues, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency. Qualifications Experience in Production Management and Manufacturing Operations Strong skills in Team Management, Leadership, and Communication Proficiency in Quality Control, Process Improvement, and Problem Solving Knowledge in Scheduling, Planning, and Resource Allocation Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field Proven ability to manage diverse teams and production lines Experience in the machinery or manufacturing industry is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
