Industrial Relations Officer Responsibilities: Manage employee relations and workplace discipline. Liaise with labor unions and government authorities as required. Support HR policies, grievance handling, and compliance. Maintain proper records of labor laws, contracts & agreements. Qualifications: Graduate in Industrial Relations / Business Administration. 2-3 years experience Knowledge of labor laws and compliance frameworks.
