Our training program follows DGCA-Approved 5-day curriculum , covering classroom instruction, simulator training, and supervised flight sessions leading to the Remote Pilot Certificate (RPC) issued through the EGCA platform . Learn more: https://www.yalirpto.com/enroll/ Role Overview We are seeking a DGCA-Approved Instructor to lead the full training cycle for student pilots — from Day 1 ground school to Day 5 final flight evaluation — ensuring candidates successfully earn their Remote Pilot Certificate to operate drones legally in India. Key Responsibilities ✅ Deliver DGCA-approved theoretical modules: Drone Rules 2021 & UIN/UAOP/Certification procedures Airspace awareness & ATC communication basics Principles of flight (Multirotor & Fixed-Wing) Operational risk assessment & safety instructions Maintenance and troubleshooting fundamentals and many., ✅ Conduct hands-on training: Simulator Sessions (navigation, mission planning, emergencies) Outdoor Flight Training (take-off/landing, hovering, circuits, payload ops) ✅ Evaluate student performance & conduct DGCA-mandated skill assessments ✅ Maintain DigitalSky training and EGCA training compliance and student documentation ✅ Ensure training drones, simulators, batteries and airfield zones are flight-ready Required Qualifications Must be a DGCA Certified Drone Instructor Minimum 2 + years of UAV flight operations experience Strong command over practical flight instruction (both training & safety) Ability to guide beginner-level students with patience and professionalism Tamil language fluency preferred (not mandatory); English must be good, Hindi is a Plus Why Join Us? 🌍 Train pilots who will operate in healthcare, disaster relief, and national security ✈️ Be part of India’s growing indigenous drone ecosystem 🎓 Career growth towards Chief Instructor / Training Lead role 🤝 Work alongside UAV experts from global BVLOS operations
