DESIGN & CONCEPTUALIZATION: 1)Lead the conceptualization and development of innovative interior design concepts. 2) Create detailed space planning, present it to client and get it approved 3) Create detailed design concept using CAD in 2D elevation format 4) Produce high quality 3D gray views for client presentation 5) Select finish material & Create roomwise mood board for client presentation 6)Produce hig quality 3D color rendered views for client presentation TECHNICAL PACKAGE: 1)Prepare master plans for layout, partition, wall finishes, flooring. 2) Prepare master plans for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, FAS. 3) Prepare complete bathroom package. 4) Prepare roomwise detail elevation plans along with false ceiling. 5) Prepare roomwise material board prepare Mill work details ( including all cabinet internals ) 6) Prepare loose furniture details ( including fabric, stone & metal selection ). 7) Prepare final master material list ON-SITE EXECUTION: 1) Oversee all phases of the design process, from initial client meetings to construction administration and project completion. 2) Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. 3) Serve as the primary liaison between the client, internal team, contractors, and vendors. 4) Lead and mentor junior and intermediate designers, providing guidance and constructive feedback. 5) Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards. 6) Contribute to business development and marketing efforts, including preparing proposals for new projects. 7) Attention to Detail: Meticulousness in every aspect of the design and documentation process. JOB PROFILE Design and Conceptual Support Assist in the creation of comprehensive design concepts, including the development of mood boards, material palettes, and presentation visuals. Source and research FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) , finishes, and accessories, ensuring selections align with project budgets and aesthetic goals. Organize and maintain the firm’s physical and digital design library, sample collections, and vendor contact information. II. Technical Documentation Produce accurate and detailed CAD drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details) under the guidance of senior staff. Prepare and update project documentation packages, including specifications, schedules, and drawing sets. III. Project Management and Administration Attend internal design meetings and external client presentations, taking clear, organized notes and following up on assigned tasks. Accompany senior staff on site visits to conduct field measurements, verify existing conditions, and monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with design specifications. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to request quotes, samples, and lead times. Qualifications and Education Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field is required. Experience: 0 to 2 years of professional experience in an interior design or architectural firm. Previous internship experience is highly valued. Required Skills and CompetenciesTechnical Proficiency Mandatory: Proficiency in 2D drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD ). Strong Asset: Working knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, D5 ).
