Responsibilities Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close Assist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes Research and analyze expense variances for company management Support the Senior manager in closing and coordination of deadlines and other important targets. Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles Qualifications 3+ years' of professional accounting experience. Must be willing to commute to our office in Elathur, Kozikhode, Kerala on a daily basis. Willing and eager to study. Interest /Prior knowledge in ZAKAT and other aspects of GCC accounting.

Key Responsibilities Conduct and assist in statutory, internal, tax, and compliance audits for clients across multiple sectors. Ensure business transactions are accurately reported in accordance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP). Collaborate with accounting teams to support the month-end and year-end closing processes. Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements, audit schedules, and related disclosures. Coordinate with external auditors and respond to audit queries and information requests. Support client onboarding, especially in the context of GCC-specific accounting regulations such as ZAKAT, VAT, and ESR (Economic Substance Regulations). Candidate Requirements Minimum 3+ years of experience in auditing, accounting, or a similar finance function. Strong knowledge of audit procedures, accounting principles, and compliance regulations. Experience with audit documentation, work paper preparation, and financial statement drafting. Proficiency in accounting software; familiarity with cloud-based tools is a plus. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines. Ability to analyze data and present findings clearly and concisely. A willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast-paced and collaborative work environment. Willingness to commute to the Elathur, Kozhikode office daily is mandatory.
