We are looking for a proactive and confident Pre-Sales Executive to join our WhatsApp API sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to contact inbound leads generated through digital ads, qualify their interest, explain the product briefly, and schedule demos with our technical sales team. 📌 Key Responsibilities: Call leads received through Facebook/Instagram/Google Ads and other sources Understand customer requirements and explain the basic value of WhatsApp API for business Qualify the lead based on interest, budget, and need Schedule product demos with the technical sales team Follow up with prospects until the demo is successfully conducted Maintain accurate lead information and status in the CRM Provide feedback on lead quality to the marketing team 🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications: Good communication skills in English and Hindi Strong telephone etiquette and convincing skills Basic understanding of WhatsApp Business API or interest in learning technical products Customer-first attitude and follow-up discipline Familiar with tools like Google Sheets, CRM platforms, WhatsApp Web, etc. Minimum Qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (any stream) Freshers welcome; sales or telecalling experience is a plus 🎯 Preferred Traits: Confident, self-driven, and goal-oriented Able to manage time effectively and handle multiple leads Willing to learn product features and client use cases 🚀 Growth Opportunities: This role is a stepping stone to Business Development, Customer Success, or Technical Sales roles within our company.
