Company: XtremeUX.com Location: Ahmedabad Employment Type: Full-time | On-site Work Schedule: 5-Day Work Week (Monday–Friday) Position Overview The AI-Driven SEO Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing comprehensive SEO strategies that align with AI-enhanced search trends and Google’s evolving ranking systems. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical capabilities, a firm understanding of EEAT principles, and hands-on experience with AI-based SEO tools and workflows. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies leveraging AI-powered tools and search intelligence platforms. Strengthen website authority and trust signals through robust EEAT-focused optimization . Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and SERP intent analysis. Lead content strategy through AI-enhanced content briefs, optimization frameworks, and performance scoring. Manage and enhance technical SEO elements including site architecture, schema markup, indexing, and Core Web Vitals. Monitor search performance across traditional organic search and emerging AI-generated search ecosystems. Drive continuous improvement through data insights using GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or equivalent platforms. Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable intelligence for stakeholders. Stay abreast of industry changes, algorithm updates, and SGE (Search Generative Experience) developments. Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of hands-on SEO experience. Strong understanding of EEAT , helpful content guidelines, and Google Quality Rater principles. Experience with AI-powered SEO platforms (Surfer, NeuronWriter, Frase, Gemini/ChatGPT workflows, etc.). Proficiency with industry tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog. Solid understanding of technical SEO best practices. Ability to analyze complex data and convert findings into practical strategies. Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
