We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee accounting, taxation, treasury, and financial reporting, ensuring compliance, accurate reporting, and smooth financial operations across our India team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accounting & Treasury Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and general ledger accuracy. Process invoices, payments, and credit notes on time. Handle fixed asset accounting, reserves, and reconciliations. Oversee treasury operations including cash management, fund transfers, and trade payments (LC, guarantees). Monitor receivables, follow up on payments, and manage supplier/bank queries. Support automation and simplification of financial processes. 2. Taxation (Direct & Indirect) Ensure compliance with income tax (TDS, TCS, advance tax) and GST filings (GSTR-1, 3B, 9, etc.). Coordinate with tax advisors for returns, reconciliations, and transfer pricing documentation. Support tax and statutory audits by providing required data and reports. 3. Export & Foreign Trade Compliance Ensure compliance with EDPMS/IDPMS and export documentation. Manage export incentives, licenses (MEIS/DBK/DEPB), and related claims. Liaise with banks and SCM on customs and foreign trade matters. 4. Financial Reporting & MIS Handle month-end closing, provisions, accruals, and asset reconciliations. Prepare monthly MIS, financial statements, and IFRS-based reports. Ensure accuracy of financial data for MAES & HKW India; support HQ reporting and ERP implementation. 5. Compliance, Audit & Internal Controls Conduct regular balance sheet reviews and maintain SOX/Blackline compliance. Prepare and file statutory reports (MSME, FLA, DPT-3, etc.). Support statutory, internal, and group audits. Collaborate with legal teams on corporate resolutions. Your profile: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI. 5+ years (for experienced roles) of relevant work experience. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in accounting software(e.g., Tally, SAP, or ERP systems). Excellent analitical, communication, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and integrity. Strong Excel skills Experience in trading / export business Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
