Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales and have a proven track record in lead generation and closing deals. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our financial products, including insurance, brokerage, and mutual funds, while building strong relationships with clients. This position offers an annual salary of 4,00,000 and is available in multiple locations including Mumbai City, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Kolkata . Key Responsibilities Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including networking and door-to-door sales. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company. Conduct presentations and demonstrations of financial products to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and brand awareness. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: 1 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in financial products or related fields. Strong understanding of sales lead generation techniques and sales commissions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with field sales and marketing strategies. Willingness to work on-site during day shifts. This is a full-time position with 10 openings available.
