The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading, developing, and managing the sales team to drive subscription growth for chit schemes, ensure customer satisfaction, and achieve business targets. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies to increase chit fund enrollments. Generate leads through direct marketing, field sales, agents, and digital channels. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by explaining chit benefits, rules, and risk management. Recruit, train, and motivate sales executives/agents. Ensure compliance with chit fund regulatory requirements (as per Chit Funds Act, 1982). Monitor sales performance, set targets, and prepare monthly reports. Handle customer queries, grievances, and ensure transparent communication. Liaise with marketing teams for promotional campaigns and local community outreach. Maintain healthy cash flow through timely collections. Required Skills:Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent communication (Kannada + English preferred) and interpersonal skills. Good leadership and team management abilities. Knowledge of financial products, especially chit funds, microfinance, or NBFC. Ability to explain chit schemes clearly and build trust with customers. Target-oriented, self-motivated, and good in field sales. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, WhatsApp/Email marketing tools). Qualification & Eligibility:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or Marketing (MBA preferred but not mandatory). Experience:3–7 years of proven sales experience in chit funds, NBFCs, microfinance, insurance, or banking. Experience in handling sales teams is an added advantage. Language Requirement: Kannada (mandatory), English/Hindi (preferred). Eligibility:Must have good local market knowledge. Should not have any criminal record. Strong networking ability in Bengaluru/local region.
