As part of our engineering team, you will have the opportunity to work on back-end projects, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications built using Ruby on Rails. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and front-end developers to define and implement new features. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance. Participate in code reviews and ensure the quality of the code-base. Implement and integrate APIs and third-party services. Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of applications. Stay up-to-date with the latest Ruby on Rails trends and technologies. Contribute to the overall architecture and design of the application. Experience with testing frameworks (RSpec, Minitest). Familiarity with DevOps practices (Docker, AWS, etc.). Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment processes. Experience working with cloud platforms and micro-services. Qualifications and Skills: 2+ years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails development. Strong understanding of Ruby, Rails, and related web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL). Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration. Knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, React, or similar frameworks). Experience with Git for version control and collaboration. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
