Key Responsibilities: Prepare and develop popsicles, ice creams, and dessert bases as per recipes and daily production plans. Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards (SOPs) throughout production. Conduct quality checks on taste, freezing cycles, and overall consistency. Assist in R&D for new flavours and seasonal launches. Manage ingredient inventory and report usage or shortages proactively. Ensure proper cleaning, sanitization, and maintenance of all equipment. Who You Are: Hotel Management graduate or someone with a background in culinary arts / food production preferred. Passionate about desserts, innovation, and maintaining high-quality standards. Energetic, disciplined, and eager to learn in a fast-paced brand environment. Familiar with basic food handling and hygiene norms (FSSAI certification is a plus).
