The Social Media Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engage our audience, and generate leads. The ideal candidate will have experience managing social media for professional services—preferably in finance, accounting, or consulting sectors—and understand how to present complex financial topics clearly and engagingly. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals. Create, curate, and manage engaging content for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), and YouTube. Plan and manage social media campaigns, including paid advertising, to promote services and increase brand visibility. Collaborate with internal teams (finance experts, consultants, and designers) to produce educational and thought-leadership content. Monitor social media performance metrics, prepare monthly reports, and provide insights to improve engagement and ROI. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital tools. Manage online reputation and respond to client inquiries or comments in a professional, timely manner. Ensure all social media communication adheres to compliance, confidentiality, and brand standards relevant to the financial industry. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 3–5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the financial services or consulting industry. Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics). Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex financial concepts for digital audiences. Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media scheduling platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to interpret data-driven insights. Understanding SEO, paid campaigns, and lead-generation strategies is an advantage.
