Power Supply SolutionsWe are looking for an experienced and driven technical sales account manager to join our sales team and grow our business in the power supply systems market in India.In this role, you will be responsible for:Prospecting and identifying new customers and opportunities while managing existing customers accounts.Assisting our customers in resolving technical issues, supporting their needs and requirements with differentiated solutions.Maintaining the Salesforce database; follow up and updating of project status and forecast and follow through the sales process from order to shipment.Establishing good communication channels and interactions with the customers, partners and our internal engineers and sales support to deliver a positive customer experience. Improving the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and work processes.To be successful in this role, you should have: An Electrical Engineering degree A proven track record in technical sales and industrial distribution; especially experience selling power supply systems. Good technical background especially in Electronics and Electrical Engineering Strong business acumen and a keen drive to win and grow Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a teamCompensation scheme:About a 70-30% split between base + commissionCommission is not capped so the more sales he/she is able to convert – higher the commission paid quarterlyCTC for base depends on experience levelEPFInsurance (a fixed amount for reimbursement)Mobile phone allowance + Transportation Reimbursement (Up to INR15000 per month)Long Service AwardAnnual Leave (starts from 15 days) + Medical (12 days) + Casual (5 days) Marriage/Maternity/Paternity/Compassionat
