We’re now looking for a motivated and experienced Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive to help us expand our client base and bring in quality projects through online platforms. Key Responsibilities: Identify and bid on relevant web development projects on Upwork and similar freelancing platforms. Write compelling and tailored proposals that effectively communicate our technical strengths and project approach. Engage with potential clients through chat and video calls to understand their requirements and close deals . Coordinate with the technical team to ensure clear requirement gathering and project scoping before proposal submission. Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Provide regular reports on bids, responses, conversions, and upcoming opportunities. Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or Business Development Executive in a web development company. Strong understanding of web technologies — Laravel, PHP, Node.js, React, Angular , and API Integrations . Excellent written and spoken English — must be able to communicate fluently and professionally with international clients. Prior experience in client communication , project requirement gathering , and negotiation . A track record of successfully closing web development projects via Upwork or other platforms. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously. What We Offer: Part-Time Position (Flexible hours).
