Xonox E-Mobility is looking for a passionate Mechanical Engineering Intern to assist in the design, assembly, and testing of electric vehicles built from the ground up for urban environments. This role will provide hands-on experience in component design, prototyping, manufacturing, and vehicle validation in one of the most advanced technological environments. Responsibilities: Assist in designing and developing vehicle components using SOLIDWORKS, CATIA, CREO, or Autodesk Fusion 360. Support the implementation of component designs and work closely with the engineering team to integrate them into the vehicle. Work hands-on in vehicle assembly, manufacturing, and testing to ensure component functionality and performance. Perform design reviews, testing, and validation for mechanical and structural components. Assist in rapid prototyping and iteration to improve component efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for optimization and design enhancements. Requirements: B.Tech or M.Tech student or graduate (Class of 2025) in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. Strong experience with SOLIDWORKS, CATIA, CREO, or Autodesk Fusion 360 for 3D modeling and design. Hands-on experience from Formula SAE (Electric/Gas), Baja SAE (Electric/Gas), or similar automotive/racing competitions is highly preferred. Select fuses/components and apply logical debugging in EV and robotic mechanisms. Requirements: Strong foundation in electrical/electronics with hands-on logical debugging. We are seeking an experienced Electrical & Electronics Engineer who will be hands-on in building, integrating, and validating our next-generation EV prototypes. Responsibilities Design and implement power distribution, power conversion, and control systems for EVs. Work on motor controllers, battery packs, LV/HV power electronics, wiring harnesses, and VCUs. Develop and review schematics, PCB layouts, and support prototype manufacturing. Work with automotive microcontrollers (Infineon, NXP, ST, Renesas, etc.) and Vehicle Control Units (VCU). Implement basic control logic and coding; integrate CAN, Ethernet, RS-485 communication. Conduct hardware and logical debugging to ensure reliability of integrated systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute EV prototype integration in Bangalore. Requirements Bachelor’s in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (Master’s preferred). Minimum 2 years professional experience in automotive, robotics, or industrial systems (2W/3W/4W, on-road/off-road). Experience with EV systems, power electronics, VCUs, battery packs, and motor controllers. Proficiency in schematics, PCB design, and debugging. Hands-on with automotive-grade MCUs (Infineon, NXP, ST, Renesas) and industrial controllers. Knowledge of communication protocols: CAN, Ethernet, RS-485.
