We're now looking for a Graphic Designer who can visualize taboo topics with humor, originality, and clarity . Someone who lives for creativity, enjoys making people pause mid-scroll, and believes design can change conversations. What You’ll Be Doing Design comic-style illustrations, character-based visuals, and storytelling-based social media content Create visual campaigns that are thought-provoking yet accessible, dealing with topics like consent, desire, relationships, identity, kinks, emotional health, and sex education Collaborate with our content, therapy, and founder’s office teams to convert ideas into viral, relatable, and conversation-starting visuals Work on branding creatives, digital ads, storyboards, reels/thumbnails, and illustrations for newsletters or campaigns Maintain visual consistency while pushing the creative boundaries of how health and therapy are communicated Who You Are You have experience in graphic designer, illustrator, or comic artist (freelance or agency is fine — we care about your work, not your employer) Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator & Photoshop), Procreate, or other design tools Strong portfolio with comic strips, character design, illustrated storytelling , or content for social media You get the nuances of Indian society, relationships, and emotional complexity — and can represent them visually with empathy and humor Open to feedback, brainstorming, and comfortable working closely with writers, therapists, and founders Bonus: You’re familiar with or passionate about sexual wellness, mental health, or gender conversations Perks Work at the forefront of a cultural shift around intimacy and emotional wellbeing Freedom to experiment with bold, offbeat ideas Exposure to real-world storytelling, collaborations, and campaigns that matter Creative freedom within a collaborative team culture Office vibes that are open, curious, and very un-corporate
