Role & responsibilities Full-time (Stay inside property) Food & Accommodation Provided About the Role We are looking for a responsible and experienced On-Site PG Hostel Manager to handle daily operations of a premium mens PG. The property has 60+ rooms, kitchen, dining area, lift, CCTV, and power backup. Key Responsibilities Manage daily hostel operations – room allotment, rent collection, check-in/out Supervise housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance staff Handle tenant complaints and maintain good relations Track expenses, utilities, and inventory Ensure cleanliness, food quality, and safety compliance Maintain rent and attendance records (Excel/WhatsApp updates) Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in Hostel / Lodge / Hotel / Facility Management Good communication in Tamil, English, or Telugu (Hindi optional) Responsible, trustworthy, and able to stay on-site full-time Basic computer or mobile app skills preferred Salary & Benefits Salary based on experience Food & Accommodation provided on-site Performance bonus after 6 months
